GT Engineer carries out site visit ECC raises emergency job & ToG Contact on Conquest Theft of gas Allegation reported ECC raises ToG Contact on Conquest Emergency Call Centre (ECC) advised Site visit results received by ECC which updates ToG Contact Is there a gas safety risk? Is there a registered user? Shipper investigates theft allegation and reports findings to xoserve via Conquest Despatch theft allegation, via Conquest, to Shipper for investigation Is there a Registered User? Is the theft after the ECV? xoserve ToG team receive details xoserve ToG team assess findings, pass details to network and close ToG Contact as appropriate xoserve ToG team assess findings, invoke Invoice for LSPs and close ToG Contact as appropriate High Level Theft of Gas Process Flow yes no no yes yes yes no If shipper does not reply within 80 days ToG Contact is closed down as invalid. no xoserve produce & issue reports to industry
