Report Printing • This tutorial will cover the step by step process for viewing and printing • Pre-production worksheet • By the end of this tutorial, you should be able to: • View and print the pre-production worksheet for a selected day. • Click on the arrows below to move back and forth through the tutorial

  3. Pre-Production Worksheet • The pre-production worksheet contains recipes and “Pick Sheets” for the day. • The “Pick Sheets” are pages that include Ingredients Used and Non-Recipe Items needed to be “pulled” or “picked” for the day’s menus. • Although the pre-production worksheet has recipes; the production schedule is a more efficient report for viewing and printing them (see the report printing: production schedule tutorial).

  5. Report Printing Click the Menu Planning & Production tab. Note: view/print production reports only after ordering has been completed

  7. Reporting In the Reporting Box Click Select Reports to view and print reports

  9. Pre-Production Worksheet Under Report Name select Pre-Production Worksheet

  10. Viewing Report Click the View button

  11. Choosing Your School “Site”

  12. Choosing Your School “Site” Select your school site from the list

  13. Choosing Your School “Site” After choosing your school click the over box

  14. Choosing Your School “Site” You will see your selected school in the box on the right side

  15. Enter a Starting Range Click the calendar icon

  16. Start Range Click on the start date then click the OK button

  17. Start Range Click on the end date then click the OK button

  18. Date Range The pre-production worksheet is a large report. ONLY view the report for one day.

  19. Date Range After you select your date range; click the OK button. Note: you must directly click OK to proceed.

  20. Pre-Production Worksheet The pre-production worksheet will pop up for the date you selected

  21. Pre-Production Worksheet Depending upon your menu; the Ingredient Used and Non-Recipe lists (“Pick Sheets”) can be on the last three pages.

  24. “Pick Sheets” Ingredients Used

  25. Printing To print your selected “Pick Sheets” click the print icon.

  26. Print Setup

  27. Page Range Select the pages you want to print in the Page Range area.

  28. Pages Type the page number in the Pages box. Remember your entire “Pick Sheets” could be on the last three pages.

  29. Print After the correct pages are selected; Click Print

  30. Exiting the Report To exit click located at the top of the page.
