Next Steps – Possible Roadmap First step ICAAMC Shell DEP 82.00.10.20-Gen Standard forms / views Documents Level of automation /implementation of ISO standards Standardized data Non-standard data Time 7 1 2 4 5 6 3 Legacy systems get import + export capabilities, data/document integration Electronic product models replace datasheets (design data) Electronic data hand-over required acc. to standards (for equipment history records) PDM systems with product models using standard data & relations Buyers and Suppliers catalogues use product modelling standards PDM systems with product decomposition and data to document relations Use of standard terminology (classification) in legacy systems (e.g. SAP, PDM, CAD)
Next Steps – per Company • POSSIBLE NEXT STEPS PER COMPANY: • Internal projects such as • API datasheet generator • Transfer to legacy system (e.g. ERP) • Knowledge management • Input to data classification
Next Steps – for ICAAMC group • POSSIBLE NEXT STEPS : • Joint Industry project initiated by ICAAMC: • Extension with other compressors (gear type and expander) • Extension with compressor systems (lube oil, seal gas, main process) • Extension with drivers (Gas Turbine, Steam Turbine) • Set-up a collaboration team of the industry supply chain (end users, EPC contractors, OEM suppliers) with compression specialists • Participate (at management level) in global industry alignment on lifecycle data standardization (ref. Wilmington agreement)
