Management of Change Process • Management of Change is a process for evaluating and controlling modifications to a facility (design, operation, organization, or other activities) prior to implementation • The rationale for MOC is to make certain that new hazards are not being introduced and that safety of employees, the public or the environment is not compromised unknowingly • In the US, OSHA has regulations that govern how changes are to be made and documented.
