Generally speaking, its not a valuable source of new knowledge; 3. Its just an added layer of expense which can somehow be passed on to clients; and4.   5. PRCCPE/CPD How should the CPE/CPD Program Be Perceived by RLPs?1. It shall improve and enrich one’s professional practice, knowledge and skillsets; 2. It can allow one to specialize and not simply remain a general practitioner; 3. It can allow a RLP to acquire a graduate(master’s) or even a post-graduate (doctor’s) academic degree; and4.   6. PRCCPE/CPD How can the CPE/CPD Program become a Distinct Advantage for RLPs?1. PRBs can allow the use of CPE/CPD credits to qualify a RLP for Certificates of Specialization i.e. a public instrument that may be issued by the PRBs and PRC; PRB testing or interview reqd;2. RLPs may acquire a graduate or post-graduateacademic degree through a partner institution under the CHED ETEEAP (Expanded Tertiary Education Equivalency & Accreditation Program); and3.
