  2. Erythema nodosum • Sársaukafullir rauðir noduli • Þróast yfir í marblettslíkar lesionir • Getur verið auðveldara að þreifa en sjá • Gengur yfir án örmyndunar á 2-8 vikum • Oftast anteriort á sköflungi • Getur komið hvar sem er • KK:KVK – 1:4 • Algengast á aldrinum 15-40

  3. Meinafræði • Panniculitis – bólga í septa í subcutant fitunni

  4. Helstu orsakir • Streptokokka pharyngitis algengasta orsökin • Ræktun úr hálsi • ASO mótefna titer • Idiopathic

  5. Orsakir erythema nodosum + Hilar eitlastækkanir + Meltingarfærakvillar • Sarcoidosis • Berklar • Coccidiomycosis • Histoplasmosis • Lymphoma • Chlamydophila sýkingar • Yersinosis • Blastomycosis • IBD • Behçet’s sjúkdómur • Bacterial gastroenteritis • Pancreatitis

  8. Mismunagreiningar • Nodular panniculitis (Erythema induratum, Bazin disease nodular vasculitis) • Weber-Christian panniculitis (relapsing febrile nodular panniculitis) • Superficial thrombophlebitis • Vasculitar í húð • Subcutant sýkingar • Subcutaneous granuloma annulare

  9. Meðferð • Er yfirleitt self-limiting eða lagast við meðferð á undirliggjandi orsök • Einkennameðferð við óþægindum: • NSAID
