RESULT • Development planning to became homestay facilities does not change the original building houses. – conservation of old buildings • Facilities which developed into a homestay facility (bed rooms, a common room and bathroom) using the room in a renovated old building to achieve the standards of hygiene and comfort for guests.
Addition of the building is not much done. Most are only done on the facade of the building to show the identity of a more comfortable home. • The use of common space between the host and guest becomes the main attraction, because guests do not feel separate and can interact directly. – conservation of the indigenous local community lifestyle • Development of building houses adapted to the conditions of each villager, so there is no standard for the extent and quality of raw. Standard set more on a scale of hygiene and health. • People do extensions and according to their ability Example of the adaptive homestay, Pentingsari. Research doc.2014
