C-MORE Education Goals • Increase scientific literacy in microbial oceanography • Produce leaders in the next generation of microbial oceanographers by providing state-of-the-art training • Increase the number of underrepresented minorities pursuing careers in the ocean and earth sciences, and related disciplines

What is EDventures? • Support engagement in education goals, by everyone • Faculty: educational and outreach projects Started late 2012, used in California & Oregon schools, SACNAS conference, several science outreach days, etc… Currently, 500+ students!
