Method: • Prepare the base from • 300 g flour • 200 g butter • 100 g sugar • Knead the ingredients together and roll the dough to the size of the baking tin about 4 mm thick
Cut the plums in halves and put them like roof tiles on the base Sprinkle with ground cinnamon and sugar
Prepare the covering by mixing • - 150 g ground almonds • 200 g breadcrumbs • 150 g sugar • 1 teaspoon cinnamon • Add 2 tablespoons of apple juice and produce crumbles to cover the plums
