Our Mission • Create an environment which allows and encourages students to envision themselves as successfulthrough positive role models. Specifically, we will: • Instill a thirst for knowledge; • Promote a commitment to excellence; • Be a professional cadre of educators who model the way for our students.
Our Purpose • To instill in each student the self-discipline that upholds our principles: • We Are Respectful • We Are Responsible • We Are Safe • We Live These Principles Everyday • Serve the community by developing responsible students who are: positive and self confident and prepared for continued education and for life’s challenges.

Stakeholder Communications Internal Staff • Purpose • Ignite their passion • Become catalysts for change • Message • How to engage in the mission and support the vision • Their role in the “I Believe in Me!” Campaign • Method • Create a ‘30-second’ commercial for quick reference. All internal stakeholders should know. • Mission Mondays: announcements highlights positive activities
Stakeholder Communications Students • Purpose • Instill a thirst for knowledge • Message • “I Believe in Me!” Campaign • Identify positive attributes they want to adopt • Select a role model and look to teachers for inspiration • Method • Develop a simplified ‘30-second’ commercial for students; i.e. promote ‘thirst for knowledge’ as the phrase of the week for students. • Mission Mondays: announcements highlights positive activities • Post strengths of each teacher in their assigned classroom to help students identify attributes they want to adopt.
