  5. Building Sign-Off Sheet • Received Staff Handbook • Received Student Discipline Code of Conduct • Policy and Procedures Manual • Attended Special Education Training • Need to complete Mandatory Online Training Keep Form in Building Personnel File

  6. Allegations of Staff Misconduct • Hotline if suspected abuse • Call HR/Student Services Administrators

  11. Substitutes • Welcome to Building • Lesson Plans • Emergency Plans • Duty Assignments • Class Lists • Check on Frequently • Fill out Evaluation–Online • Can send home-But Call HR • Investigate complaints-Inform HR • Can restrict from building with a reason

  12. Substitutes • Hired for 7 Hours and 30 Minutes • Should NOT go home if end of day planning • Should not leave for lunch • Arrive Elementary 8:15 • Dismiss Elementary 3:45 • Half Day AM is 8:15–12:00 • Half Day PM is 12:00-3:45

  13. No District Sub Pay • If Teacher has to leave for a personal errand • Leaving for a doctor’s appt. and does not report an absence

  16. Support Staff Vacation • Supervisor’s Approval • Can be before or after a holiday without HR approval

  17. Extra Pay Contracts • Extra Pay Contracts-July Board Approval • Contract issued by August • Coaches May Not work before hired

  18. Blue Sheets • Certified Staff-Sherry Cypret • Support Staff-Donna Troy • Send All 2014-2015 Staff Changes to Human Resources via Blue Sheet

  20. Emergency Cards Upon Request from HR for changes and new employees

  21. Name Changes and Address Changes Contact Tammicka Bufford 506-9158 Online Form Available through Human Resources Website

  22. Staff Phone Directory Office Manager Makes Changes Should be Complete by August 15
