EAGLE TRUCK SERIES – ET 2500 • Hanging buffing head to improve machine reliability and remove maintenance issue due to rubber dust • Buffing head with real 3 axis movement and buffing profile up to 3 radii allows high buffing quality, finishing profile and texture • Bead plates system granting more precision and lower investment costs (drums) • Direct drive tire rotation given by rotation gearbox • Buffer motor gears allow to have high efficient buffing (high RPM) with a 22 kw motor power. • Instantaneous buffing speed control trough ammeter to avoid power overload. • Blades inversion to increase blades lifetime. • Solid and robust structure that improves stability and buffing accuracy.
