EAGLE TRUCK SERIES – ET 2500 • Hanging buffing head to improve machine reliability and remove maintenance issue due to rubber dust • Buffing head with real 3 axis movement and buffing profile up to 3 radii allows high buffing quality, finishing profile and texture • Bead plates system granting more precision and lower investment costs (drums) • Direct drive tire rotation given by rotation gearbox • Buffer motor gears allow to have high efficient buffing (high RPM) with a 22 kw motor power. • Instantaneous buffing speed control trough ammeter to avoid power overload. • Blades inversion to increase blades lifetime. • Solid and robust structure that improves stability and buffing accuracy. EAGLE TRUCK SERIES – ET 2500 TWIN™ The Eagle Truck 2500 Twin ™ is a natural evolution of TRM’sflagship buffer Eagle Truck 2500, It has been developed to minimize the process time and reducing the production cost • A robust “A-frame” structure grants maximum precision in the buffing operation excluding any vibration; • Two chucks mounted on a turning table; • While the tire is automatically buffed on the first chuck, the operator can load, unload and check the tire from the second one;. • This machine can be equipped with an robot arm as optional for load / unload the tires; Chuck 16” ÷ 24,5” Tire external diameter 600 mm ÷ 1250 mm Tire cross section width 160 mm ÷ 500 mm Output up to 30 tires/hours

BLACK SWAN - STRIP WINDING CUSHION GUM • The Black Swan is an breaktrough process that allows a full automatized working cycle: • reduced human intervention, limited to the loading and unloading of the casing, • less skilled operators • less training cost. • Integrated profilometerscanner: • material saving vs. smearing extruder (150g per tire) • the narrow strip compensates the buffed profile to have a perfect final result • no use of cement Output up to XXXX tires/hours
