Employer’s Jobs Attract Candidates • Employers are a vital part of the system. • The job orders employers create are why many people use the system in the first place. • There are many new tools created just for employers. • These tools help them navigate through the system, create job orders, and find the perfect candidates.
Great Employer Tools:Resume Searches • The Quick Resume Search takes basic criteria and allows employers to search. However, the search results could easily surpass over a hundred candidates. • Advanced Resume Search allows for a more detailed search. Employers can use many different criteria to fine tune their candidate search. This will give them fewer results but more candidates with the skills the employer is seeking.
Great Employer Tools:Resume Searches • Resume Search by Skills takes a job skillset and conducts a search. • Resume Search by Job Order Criteria takes basic elements from a selected job order and conducts a search based on those details.

Here they must register and follow the rules and guidelines for that job board.
