21. Great Employer Tools:Resume Searches • The Quick Resume Search takes basic criteria and allows employers to search. However, the search results could easily surpass over a hundred candidates. • Advanced Resume Search allows for a more detailed search. Employers can use many different criteria to fine tune their candidate search. This will give them fewer results but more candidates with the skills the employer is seeking.

Here they must register and follow the rules and guidelines for that job board.
