  2. What does the system do ? • The system provides a solution during routine, emergency situations and unusual events • It can provide the latest information in real time accurately and from different sources simultaneously • parallel in a visual presentation, clear to all parties

How Does the system works The Event Management system is an Internet based system (WEB) which allows mobile entities to manage tasks and events Interactively during their stay in the area Capabilities of the system allows for all mobile and stationary elements to be shared (by permission) to all relevant and current information of events that occur in a specific area.

Who Can use the system The system allows any organization that maintains a routine activity in defined space cells , to transfer to another area the relevant information for their mission , displayed on maps, Also allows for a portable update on the same medium of the data / changes / updates received during a task or the occurrence of the event.

The system can be used • By Municipalities- to manage the infrastructure activities / maintenance / urban inspection • Infrastructure Enterprise (electricity, water, etc.) who activate field teams on a daily basis • Law enforcement organizations • Aid organizations and Rescue (Fire department, MDA) • Security systems - fences, sensors, field trips. • Emergency System

  6. Easy DB Integration The system is able to take data from almost any type of database (DB) and can upload information in any format (video, text, audio, etc)
