View of Rule 1-10 • All Rules 1-10 should be in a “Pass” State • If there is a failure, it will show in red and action will need to be taken to correct it.
View of Rules 11-15 • Rule 11 will always come up as a failure until I approve the roster, this is an acceptable failure • The remaining items should be in a pass state
Warnings #1- #6Prior to Team Approval • There should be no warnings listed • Correct any warnings prior to approving the roster • For Warning #6, it is always in red even if there are no transfers • You MUST abide by the league rules when/if transfers do occur during the season
State Cup Eligibility and Warnings • Again, all fields should be in a Pass or No Warning Status • If issues are noted, please address them prior to approving your roster • Once you approve the roster, you cannot make any changes until: • I approve the roster • I release it back to you • Print and sign the audit report – it will be handed in with the rosters and passes for approval • Then close the Audit Screen
The Next Step is to Print RostersSelect Print Roster From the Team Screen
Select Type of Roster You Wish to Print • You have the choice of two roster types • League Roster • State Cup Roster • Fall • U15 –U17 PUMA will print both League and State Cup Rosters • U12 – 14 PUMA teams will print League Roster only • Spring • U12 – U14 PUMA teams will need to approve a State Cup Roster • NEW! You can now print game day rosters from this screen. This will be covered later in the presentation
League Roster • Click on League Roster as the Roster Type • Click Print Roster • Page one of the Roster appears • Select Print • You will get a notice to ensure borders are set at .25 on all sides • Also please ensure the headers and footers are all “BLANK” • For Number of Copies – select 3 • Then select Print Page 1 of 2 • Print Page 1 • NOTE: you will need to test your printer to see how to align your paper to do dual sided printing
Printing Page Two • This needs to be printed on the back of Page 1 • Click on “Click Here for Second Page” • Reminders will come up to set margins • See next slide for an example • Select 3 as the number of copies needed • Click on print to print page two on back of page 1
Printing Player Passes • Next you will click on Print Pass on the Team Page • A window will populate with Team players listed
