  4. Prior to Group employing Consulting Engineer Local Authority will (a) Prepare Brief (b) Determine indicative scale of fee acceptable for grant purposes – if scheme advances to construction.

  5. Scale of fees: (a) Fee per member for preparation of design drawings and calculations still valid. (b) Scale of fees based on Circ. 11/87 Preliminary Report 0 – 20% Design and Tender Drawings. Up to 30% Conditions of Contract / Specifications. 0 – 20% Construction Stage. 0 – 30% (c) PSDS accures separate fee. (ACEI scale of fee dated 9/2/96)
