  2. Senior Leadership Team The Revd John Hicks is the Headteacher of our school. He has been in post since 2003 and is an Honorary Assistant Priest at St Stephen with St John next door. We call him Mr Hicks. Mrs Ella Camplin is the Assistant Headteacher (Inclusion ) and the school’s Special Education Needs Co-ordinator (SENco). She has worked at Burdett-Coutts since 2007. Miss Gemma Turton is InterimAssistant Headteacher (Curriculum). She has been working in our school since 2010. Mr Patrick Murphy is InterimAssistant Headteacher (Assessment). He has been working in our school since 2010.

  3. Our Office Team Ms Linda Vass is the School Bursar and Office Manager. She runs the finances of our school with the Headteacher. Linda has been on staff since 2006. Mrs Jackie Parfitt is the School Assistant. She joined the staff in July 2010 and is involved in looking after sick children and accidents (First Aid) and Office Support. Miss Karen Baker is the School Receptionist. Karen is in charge of Dinner Money and School Uniform. She has been on staff since 2006 Miss Kate Costello works in the office each morning from 8.15-9.15 as a Receptionist. She has been on staff since 2002 and is always happy to help. Mrs Lavinia Deary has the longest title in the school. She is our Home School/Parent Support Officer and Leaning Mentor. She is also in charge of School Admissions. Lavinia has been on staff since 2007. Mr Peter Barney joined the school in 2010 and is the Premises Manager. He looks after the school and ensures we are safe.

  4. Early Years Foundation Stage Team (Nursery) Mrs Gloria Raad is a Teaching Assistant (TA) & Nursery Nurse. She joined the staff in 2007. Miss Lucy Roberts is the Foundation Stage Manager and Nursery Class Teacher (N). She joined our school 2007. Mr Bruce Welsh is a teacher working in Nursery and ReceptionClasses and he has been on staff since April 2012 Mr Michael Hollywood is a TA who works in Nursery on Fridays. Mrs Zohra Salim is our Nursery Nurse. She joined the staff in 2005.

  5. Early Years Foundation Stage Team (Reception) Miss Anna Fostiroplous is a Reception Class Teacher (RF) and she joined the staff in 2003. Miss Alice Mattey is a Reception Class Teacher (RM) and joined the staff in 2011. Mr Bruce Welsh is a teacher working in Nursery and ReceptionClasses and he has been on staff since April 2012 Mrs Carole Powell is a Teaching Assistant and she has been on staff since 2003. Miss Polly, Mrs Eric and Miss Angela also work in Reception as Teaching Assistants. Miss Georgia Edwards is a Teaching Assistant and she joined the staff since 2011.

  6. Key Stage 1 Teachers (Years 1 and 2) Miss Sarah Wilson joined the school in 2003 and is a teacher in 1S. She is an Advanced Skills Teacher and is our Science co-ordinator and Art/Display coordinator. Miss Jo Hart joined the school in 2009 and is a teacher in 2H and is our Modern Foreign Languages (MFL) coordinator. Mrs Hannah Ward joined us in 2007 and is a teacher in Year 1 and is in charge of Design Technology. She is not married to our Mr Ward! Mrs Phee Garlick joined us in 2012 and is a teacher in 2G. Mr David Ward joined the school in 2008 and is a teacher in 1W and is our Community Cohesion coordinator.

  7. Key Stage 2 Teachers(Years 3 and 4) Miss Sascha Graham joined the school in 2012 and is a teacher in 3G and is our PSHCE coordinator. Mr Patrick Murphy joined the school in 2010 and is a teacher in 4M and is one of our Assistant Headteachers. Miss Diane Abela joined the school in 2009 and is a teacher in 4A and is our Mathematics coordinator. Mr Sam Halsall joined the school in 2012 and is a teacher in 3H. Mrs Kathie Manuel joined the school in 2010 and is a teacher in works in Year 4, 5 and 6.

  8. Key Stage 2 Teachers(Years 5 and 6) Miss Gemma Turton joined the school in 2010 and is a teacher in 6T and is our PE coordinator and one of the Assistant Headteachers. Miss Katherine Myall joined the school in 2010 and is a teacher in 5K. Mrs Nicola Dixon joined the school in 2007 and is a teacher in 6S and is our Literacy coordinator. Mrs Catherine Clarkson joined the school in 2012 and is a teacher in 5C. Mrs Kathie Manuel joined the school in 2010 and is a teacher in works in Years 4, 5 and 6.

  9. Support & Specialist Teachers Mr Jonathan Bird is one of our instrumental teachers. Miss Danielle Evan joined us in September 2012 and is a PPA & Interventions Teacher Mr Derek Carden joined the school in 1980 and is a teacher of Music and ICT. Mrs Margaret Jackson is one of our instrumental teachers. Mrs Bella Kearney is currently on Maternity Leave. On September 16th she had a baby girl – Maeve.

  13. The Governing Body & Board of Trustees Miss Rebecca Smith is the Chair of Governors for our school. She has been involved with our school since 2009. Fr Philip is the Vicar of parish church. He is also the Vice-chair of Governors and the Chairman of the Trustees. He has been involved with our school since 2001. The Governing Body Chair of Governors: Miss Rebecca Smith (2010-present) Vice Chair of Governors: The Revd Philip Welsh (2003-present) The Governing Body is made up of people who are elected or appointed to represent parents, the church, the local authority and the staff. They are the employers of the staff and are responsible for the school. They meet regularly and help support, challenge and encourage the Senior Leadership Team and staff. Trustees The school also has a board of trustees, chaired by the Vicar, which looks after the endowment left by Angela Burdett-Coutts, and gives grants to the school periodically.
