  2. William Wallace  (1272/1276 - 1305)  was a Scottish nobleman andpatriot, protagonist of the war against the British during theindependence of Scotland. Praised by poets and artists, especially from the 15th  century troubadour  Harry Blint.

Originating from the small village Ellersli, the most popularversion of the name Wallace means "Wales" or "stranger" because of its Welsh origin. BLINT HARRY DOES NOT DESCRIBE THE INCIDENTS OF HIS LIFE AS THE 1296 WHEN THE ATTACK AGAINST ENGLAND'S KING EDWARD I TOOK PLACE, AFTER THREE GENERATIONS OF PEACE BETWEEN THE ENGLISH AND THE SCOTS BECAUSE THEY HAD INFORMATION. Strongly disputed is the date of his birth, but it is certain that it happened the firsthalf of the decade of 1270.

  4. Wallace enters history when he assassinated William de Heselrig, the English High Sheriff of Lanark, in May 1297. He then joined with William the Hardy, Lord of Douglas, and they carried out the raid of Scone. This was one of several rebellions taking place across Scotland, including several Scottish nobles and Andrew Moray in the north.[8] The uprising suffered a blow when the nobles submitted to the English at Irvine in July. Wallace and Moray were not involved, and continued their rebellions. Wallace used Selkirk Forest as a base for raiding, and attacked Wishart's palace at Ancrum. Wallace and Moray met and joined their forces, possibly at the siege of Dundee in early September.[8]

William Wallace was captured by a Scottish noble traitor John ofMenteith on 5 August 1305, moved to London and accused of treason against King Edward the First. In his apology he said that there isa traitor because KING JOHN BALLIOL RECOGNIZES, NOTEDWARD was found guilty and sentenced to death. Stripped naked,carried by a horse on city streets then hanged himself while he was still alive, releasing the rope from Main to the emasculation ofthe Anders pulled and burned in front of him, finally beheaded.
