  1. Let’s Make Garlic Naan Recipe Today we are going to make ​garlic naan recipe​ on tawa without tandoor and without oven. So let’s start making delicious naans. You’ll need garlic, coriander leaves, maida, sugar, salt, yeast, water, and oil. Add 1 spoon of sugar and half spoon of yeast to some warm water. Mix it properly. Wait for yeast to prove up. Take two cups of maida in a bowl and add salt to taste and the proved yeast mixture. Get your hands into it and make it a dough for ​garlic naan recipe​. If needed add more water to it. When the dough is ready take it out on the board or shelf and add a little oil. Keep doing it for 5 minutes. It will be perfect and soft. Keep it in a greased blow. Take a bowl and spread the oil evenly in the bowl and place the dough in it. Cover it and keep it aside for an hour. After an hour remove the cover and sprinkle a little bit of flour over the dough and punch it. Now take smaller portions of dough. For the garlic taste, take 3rd of a cup of garlic. Take half chopped and half grated garlic. This will provide texture to the garlic naan recipe. You can also add a little bit of coriander about 2-3 spoons. Give it a good mix. You can a little bit of butter also and you can add any herb of your choice too. So our topping is ready. Now heat up an iron tawa on the high flame.

  2. To make garlic naan, take a small portion of dough and sprinkle a little flour and roll it like making roti. Now add garlic topping on it. Spread evenly and give it a light roll so that garlic stick to the naan. Flip it down and wet the other surface with water. Now take the naan at the place the wet side on the hot tawa. When you start seeing the bubble on the naan, turn the flame to high and flip the tawa to cook it from there side.
