  23. Graduation Points • Choice of 8 or 10 tests. If 10, only first of math and LA may be eliminated. • Students must be notified of requirements prior to 9th grade.

  24. Retakes • Performance level of a 2 or lower with required remediation for that course prior to. • 12th-graders can retake any exam, regardless of the score. The higher points earned from the exams within each course will count towards graduation. • No retakes permitted at the cost of the state to earn points beyond the points required for graduation.
