  10. Review ladder plan: confirm section/page #/template (if pre-chosen) • multiples(flats) indicated by alternating blue pages on ladder • signature consists of all 16 pages (blue & white) on ladder

  11. Open Page Wizard: begin with blank template/set folios

  12. Choose YT PageSurfer: best displays content or utilizes graphic unifiers

  13. Choose YTO PageSurfer: best displays content or utilizes graphic unifiers
