  3. Concerns Our concerns as the Student Government of Charleston Job Corps Center are to decrease the DID rate on center.

  4. Our Challenge and Goal Our challenge is to decrease our DID rate at Charleston Job Corps Center. Our goal is to focus on high risk students in order to develop and help students mature.

  5. Solution #1 SGA attends weekly high risk meetings to help inform students on interpersonal skills and self confidence.

  6. Solution #2 Provide more information on conflict resolution and problems solving

  7. Solution #3 Increase staff and student relationship through activities that involve both

  8. Conclusion In conclusion the student government of Charleston Job Corps Center is going to decrease the DID rate on center. We will know we have accomplished our goal: • When student retention increases. • When less “NIR’s” and citations are issued. • Fewer boards.
