Dream Recall Techniques • You have to want to remember • Reread over past dreams • Be patient and do not force a memory • Keep a journal • Next to your bed. • Write down everything you remember as soon as you wake up even if it doesn’t make sense to you at the time. • Keep a journal from 9/13-9/19
