  4. The Case • Read the case study. • Discuss your recollections of the case. Were you right? were you off? etc. • What were the issues with the original investigation?

  5. What new evidence came into play in the case? • How does this new Touch DNA technology work? • Why is gathering as much evidence as possible important?

  6. Crime Scene Investigation • Do you think the Ramseys should have been exonerated? Why or why not?

  7. Homework • Read pgs. 21-31 • Record notes as necessary to help your understand and remember the content.
