6. 6 The Recovery Collaborative is focused on Rehabilitative Services (the Rehab Option) for Adults
The Collaborative seeks to create one unified system of:
- Service Delivery
- Policy
- Financing
- Claims/Reimbursement
- Assessment/Care Coordination Services
- Monitoring/Performance Improvement

The addition of Evidence-Based Practices/services in a recovery-oriented system

OHCA Outpatient Behavioral Health rules in support of substance abuse treatment developed

Work on eligibility and claims system
Clinical group – service delivery structure, what services
Make policies congruent and supportive of recovery philosophy and EBP
