DRA/EDL • Grades 1 – 5November 28 – December 16 • KindergartenJanuary 24 –February 7 • Input scores within two weeks!
DRA/EDL • Make sure you order any materials you need for Grades 1 – 5 immediately. • Order materials needed for Kinder by the end of November.

Database • Debbie Lewis and assessment upload new students every Monday. • DRA/EDL will be transferred to Teacher Portal in November.
Break If you are only a DRA/EDL representative, you may leave.
AIMSweb/Tejas LEE MOY Testing Window • January 3 – 27 Grades 3-5 • January 10-January 23 Grades K-2 Input scores within two weeks!
AIMSweb Ordering • Make sure you send in your orders to Mary Pokorny by the end of November to ensure that you have what you need by January!
AIMSweb – Who is tested? Although students may be tested due to AIMSweb being the Universal Screener, for our purposes AIMSweb is only necessary for: Students new to the district Students who were flagged after BOY testing Other students that you have concerns about
Tejas LEE • Branching Rules – All the tasks within a section go from easy to hard, so if a student is NI on an easier task, the branching rule is designed to avoid frustrating the student, so it skips the more difficult tasks. • *After the BOY administration, Entry Point Rules take effect. If the student was Developed on a task, it does not need to be re-administered. Since the assessment is the same at all 3 time points (except for Tejas LEE Dictado), the student has 3 opportunities to be Developed on a task. This excludes the stories. All students will attempt all stories at each administration.
