Pros • Proctor flexibility • Reduce number of phone calls • Increase volume of business • Provides a more dynamic work environment for staff
Cons • The need to cross train your staff • Additional pressure for proctors • Supervisor has to be more involved in the day-to-day test administration • End of day testing has to be closely monitored.
