Desurvey • By Proposal of the Executive Committee, to approve the members who compose the Committee on Intellectual Property, Use and Dissemination (CIPUD) ,ad-interim members until its definitive approval in AGM2 . • McIntosh (Chairman) • Sciortino • Hellden • Tourre • Upon Proposal of CIPUD, to approve the Plan on the use and dissemination of knowledge and it’s updating. • Approval of the Contingency Plan.

DeSurvey • Approving Management budget re-allocation between Parties with periodic management costs • Approving the annual report on management costs of the Consortium and an estimation of futures management costs. • Approving the audit clauses 32 y 39 to except to partners from the obligation to submit audit certificate if EC Contribution are below than 150.000 €. Considering the importance to spend money on the next period in order to avoid the direct consequence of those clauses of doesn’t receive further pre-financing until get consumed the 70% of the previous one.

Notes about IST files (CPFs) • Audit certificate costs have to be reported on Consortium Management Activities column of Financial implementation plan for next 18 months (IST file). • Requested EC contribution by Partner must be declared on IST file. No declaration means don’t ask for money. • Any change of responsibilities on persons initially authorized in DeSurvey for financial or scientific matters must be updated on CPFs • Also any change on banking information must be updated on CPFs
