  2. General pre conditions • English language proficiency: Common European Framework or Reference for Languages Level B2 or NATO STANAG Level 2

  3. Interoperability Pre conditions: • Basic Instructor and Leadership skills • Basic knowledge of group processes and interaction/communication skills between people

  4. Cross cultural communication • Basic knowledge of different civilizations environments(religion, history and anthropology) • Demonstrate interest in cross cultural experiences • Awareness of his/her own culture and ability to explain his/her traditions • Openness to intercultural dialogue • Basic knowledge in psychology

  5. Military Leadership • Sufficient skills in section level planning and leading operations • Understanding platoon level tactics • Knows military decision making process • (5 point order etc.) • Basic negotiation and problem solving skills • Basic Instructor and Leadership skills

  6. CM LOAC • Basic knowledge of International Humanitarian Law combine with responsibility of commanders and individuals • Basic knowledge of international organizations (i.e. UN, EU, OSCE, NATO, etc.), and ways of cooperation with them • Excellent knowledge of own armed forces’ structure

  7. CM Comprehensive Approach • The Comprehensive Approach perquisites Military Leadership and LOAC modules

  8. Cyber SecurityDescription • Knowledge of the cyber sphere • Knowledge of cyber threats • Knowledge of main parts of cyber security (international security standards, security protection tools and methods, risk management)

  9. Cyber Security Pre conditions • Basic knowledge of social media • Basic knowledge of IT • Basic knowledge of Cyber Security standards

  10. Electronic Warfare • Minimum of two years national (military) higher education • Basic technical knowledge • Basic knowledge of military operations

  11. CM Basic Advanced Military English • English language proficiency: Common European Framework or Reference for Languages Level B2 or NATO STANAG Level 2

  12. Physical training • Passes the physical training standards of his/her Institution • Marathon running within 2 hours • Playing chess
