4. Title II Purpose: The United States Department of Education requires all teacher preparation or alternative route programs to submit a report card by April 30th. PA currently uses the Institutional Program Report Card (IPRC) System developed by the U.S. Department of Education’s contractor, Westat. 4
5. Title II Reporting Schedule ?October 31,2011: The Pennsylvania State Report Card is submitted to the US Department of Education. ?December 7, 2011 : Programs’ supplemental goals, program performance and low-performing “at risk” report is due to PDE. 5
