  4. Funding Local Foundation District Dollars Grant money (Title I,Title II, E-rate, Special Education, Medicare, Vocational Education,Textbook, Children’s Low-Cost Laptop Program, etc.) Budget neutral! (Repurpose the dollars)

  5. Infrastructure • Quality Commercial Grade • Fiber • Cable • Networking Equipment (Wireless Access Points, Switches, Firewall) • IT support personnel!!!!!!!
