Instructor quantitative feedback (Marketing Section): UG Internal Assessment: S = Satisfactory ND = Needs Development U= Unsatisfactory
Instructor qualitative feedback (Marketing Section): You submitted a professional marketing section that responded to the prompting questions in the plan outline. The use of a table is an excellent way of organizing the demographics and incomesof people in the targeted cities. You are correct in going to where the money is! Please include the locations of the retail outlets. The mix of possible additional revenue streamsare detailed and is combined with an organic growth strategy. The pricing strategy encourages commitment from your customers via bi-weekly, weekly, bi-monthly and monthly packages. This will add a higher level of predictability for your income flows. Aligning your promotions with the different seasons in Wisconsin is creative and will add interest to your offerings. Your work on this section will assist with the financial section of the plan. Nice to see you have a brand name. If you have time, a logo would add visual interest. Please be sure to proof read for correct grammar and spelling. Very nice work! UG Internal Assessment:
1. Students discuss each of their preliminary sections in groups. 2. Students review each others draft plan prior to publication. UG Peer Reviews

Banker quantitative feedback (Entire Plan): UG External Assessment: 5 = Exceptional 3 = Acceptable 1 = Needs Development
Banker quantitative feedback (Entire Plan): How did the student respond to questions you asked about her plan? Sarah was well prepared and answered the few questions I had. She clarified questions and then confirmed that I understood her answer. What are the key strengths of her plan? Her passion for the plan was apparent. She applied the numerous professional skills acquired during her enrollment at Alverno College. What recommendation(s) would you make to the student to enhance and improve her presentation? I suggest she not be concerned about being more assertive during our meeting. Her plan was very professional and she should be confident in its content. UG External Assessment:
