Impact of Weather on the Menstrual Cycle The weather impacts the menstrual cycle because there are changes in the diet, sleeping patterns and changes in the temperature which regulate the menstrual cycle. Weather changes are known to have impacted your menstrual cycle because of several reasons. With the changes in the climate, there are changes in the environment also which directly affects the nature and duration of menstruation.
