All about latest update of File Your DIR-3 KYC Companies (Appointment and Qualification of Directors) Third Amendment Rules, 2019 have been notified by MCA- e-Form DIR-3 KYC is to be filed by an individual who holds DIN and is filing his KYC details for the first time or by the DIN holder who has already filed his KYC once in e-form DIR-3 KYC but wants to update his details. Web service DIR-3-KYC-WEB is to be used by the DIN holder who has submitted DIR-3 KYC e-form in the previous financial year.

  2. Date & Fees applicable for e-Form DIR-3 KYC filing e-Form DIR-3 KYC or web-form DIR-3 KYC-WEB has been extended up to September 30, 2019. Many new pieces of information have also been notified on 25th July 2019 by MCA associated with its new Companies (Appointment and Qualification of Directors) Third Amendment Rules, 2019. The filing e-form dir-3 kyc is applicable to all directors who obtained their respective DIN or DPIN on or before March 31, 2019. DIR-3-KYC notify by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs in India which is also called MCA Portal, and last date of Directors KYC is 30th September ,2019. List of Documents for DIR-3KYC • Self-attested PAN Card • Self-attested Aadhar Card • Self-attested copy of Address Proof • Personal Mobile Number and Email ID of Director, onto which OTP will be sent • Copy of valid Class-2 Individual DSC issued by an approved Certifying Authority in India • Copy of Passport of the Director (If available)

  4. e-form Certification Filled-in-up Form is to be filed by every director's signed digitally using his/her own DSC and certified by a practicing professional (CA/CS/CMA).
