Achievements / Highlights for the week • Attended the following meetings: • SAP R2 Sponsor meeting, PTC Mancom, SPF & Sharepoint, SAP Performance Management & IDP,Strategic Project Meeting • Approval of the DoveTail contract for Hardware and Maintenance • Completed RR Benefit Realisation Process presentation • Got resources from Eskom to assist with Hyperwave migration and clean-up process • Received base rates for hiring PM and BA.

  6. Pressing Issues / Challenges for the week • Freightware Upgrade project – Carat meeting for 17 September was Postponed. New date not communicated. This impacts the project as resources to complete the integration cannot be allocated. • Unable to allocation of Architecture resource to assist with completing IM strategy document, due to demand manager not being able to release the required architect.

  7. Plans for the week ahead • Escalate Freightware project – delays with Eskom carat meeting cancellation. • Start new projects – • POPI • Compile POPI presentation
