Achievements / Highlights for the week • Written presentation/report for Productivity and Efficiency Programme and submitted to Dr. • Updated Change Management Presentation • Sourced out IT asset managers/controllers reporting to Eskom Enterprise SOC. Eskom Aviation, PTM, LABS, EUL, RR, and Mali. This week PBMR.

  5. Pressing Issues / Challenges for the week • Freightware Upgrade project – There are major delays in the project regarding the project been approved at the CARAT committee. The project needs to be escalated!! Also there were major issue in regards to the Dovetail contract been paid starting from Sept. However we were able to mitigate condonations. • Achiever Plus roll out has been halted by Eskom. Therefore this has an impact on the current RR rollout. We need to find a way forward if Eskom is going to adopt SAP QMS we need to also be included in the project.

  6. Plans for the week ahead • Complete IM value chain • Start working on the IM portfolio plan • Escalate Freightware project to Dr.
