What is Scilab? • Scilab is an open source, cross-platform numerical computational package and a high-level. • It can be used for signal processing, statistical analysis, image enhancement, fluid dynamics simulations, numerical optimization, and modeling, simulation of explicit and implicit dynamical systems.
