Reasons for Diversity Training • Develop more supportive, cooperative, effective relationship with service users. • Provide more accessible, appropriate and effective services. • Interact effectively with people from different cultures. • Develop awareness of professionals attitudes and sensitivity to ethnicity. • Learn skills to negotiate communication and challenges.
