Important Meeting of the work package managers Alpine Freight Railway (AlpFRail): On 15. July 2005 an important meeting of all AlpFRail work package managers took place at the Logistik-Kompetenz-Zentrum (LKZ) in Prien. Main issue was the harmonisation of the contents of each work package and the integration into an overall time schedule. In the weeks before, every work package manager defined in detail the discrete steps, the input he needs and the out coming result of the single steps. The participants elaborated on base of the dependencies an overall time schedule and checked the plausibility. As a Subsequent to this time schedule the critical issues were identified and the concerned persons discussed alternative scenarios. Additionally to the elaboration of the time schedule, the WP managers used the opportunity to adjust the contents of the actual work. They had the possibility to check if this work will include all the results they need for their work package. The results of this meeting will be presented on the next meeting of the Technical Control Committee (TCC) on 5. October 05 in Bozen.
