  5. OBJECTIVE • TO REDUCE THE TIME BLASTING TANKS, WHILE MAINTAINING “FIRST TIME” REQUIRED QUALITY, HEALTH AND SAFETY.

  6. TOTAL SAVINGS • Total flow time reduced by 1.5 days = 83 hours/MBT/refit • 2 MBTs blasted ready for paint per refit = 166 hours/refit • Average 9 refits per year = 1728 hours/year • Total Annual Savings = 13.5 calendar days/year
