History • Pre- history • Finnish teacher programmes (Riitta Rinta-Filppula) • UK 1-day programmes (Seamus Hegarty et al) • 1996 – a suggestion (Michal Turala) • 1998 – proposal adopted by Academic Training Committee (Chair John Ellis) • Supported by Director of Research Lorenzo Foa • First International HST session (Michelangelo Mangano) • 2005 – DG Robert Aymar proposed national language programmes • 2006 – First NLP session HUNGARY • Organised by Csaba and Beata, supported by Dezso • 2016 – 10,000th teacher programme participant CERN Teacher Programmes
