Error Message If you receive this error message, you do not have access to Foliotek: Please contact your advisor to make sure you are listed as an Education major in the College of Education. If you are not listed correctly in the university system, go to or contact Student Services to do a change of major. Bring the white copy of your change of major to Meegie Wheat, UCOM 3618 so that your name can be submitted to Foliotek. You will not have access until the process has completed, which may take up to 48 hours.

It is very important to print out a copy of your receipt and keep it for future reference. You are responsible to keep up with your renewal date, which is one year from the date of purchase if you purchased a one-year registration.
Make sure you print a copy of your receipt and retain it for your records. • ***Important *** Do not repeat this process! If you go through the registration steps a second time, you will be charged for two registrations and cannot be refunded for the additional charge. • After purchasing your registration: • Close Foliotek • Log out and close your course shell. • Log back into your USA Online homepage • Select the ePortfolio link located at the top of the page.
