Projectof the multifunctional hotel complex«SuvarHotel» The purpose of the projectis theconstruction, commissioning and operating activity of the hotel complex in Cheboksary • General information about the hotel complex project: • 13-floored building. • Location– the centre of the city (3, Nizhegorodskaya street, Cheboksary). • Outside view – view of the recreation and business centre of Cheboksary including the embankment of the Volga river bay. • Area of the plot of land– 21 437 square meters. • Volume of investment 53 mln. USD • Rated commissioning date– December 2014.
