  3. Hotel’s Weaknesses • Main Disadvantage - No elevator • Stuffy Rooms • Old building – old plumbing • Noisy front rooms • Overpriced • Tiny Rooms

Recommendations and Suggestions • An elevator should be installed. • Rooms which have been closed for a while should be opened every so, in order to be refreshed. • Plumbing system must be renovated to avoid annoying noises. • Soundproof glasses must be installed in the front rooms. • Hotel’s rates must be reduced. • Rooms’ furniture should be replaced by smaller and the walls should be painted with lighter colors.
