LEADERSHIP • 83 Sports teams in 2007 • SEPEP facilitates development of coaching, refereeing and general leadership (Sports Board) • 9/10 Elective PE – Level 1 General Principles of Coaching/Level 1 Officiating • Year 11 PE – Senior First Aid Certificate • 16 students coached teams, 10 students refereed in 2007 (also 6 old scholars)

  17. CROSS AGE TUTORING • Senior students working with year 8s / primary students as part of their Stage One course. • Conduct after school events, plan programs with SSC teachers, gain accreditation in their sport as umpires, coaches, trainers.

  18. STAFF TRAINING & DEVELOPMENT • Pedagogy – challenge processes in partnership with Flinders University: Russell Brown & Shane Pill • Enhance curriculum offerings • Review assessment procedures • Video library of staff lessons
