Results Average Target Heart Rate as a Percentage of the Actual Heart Rate for Each of the Five Exercises.
Conclusion and Evaluation • The Basic Run game was the most successful at getting near the average target heart rate, while the Jackknife exercise was the worse. • The Basic Run is closest to actual exercising, but none of them get your heart rate up as much as regular exercise.
Conclusion and Evaluation • Errors • Different people have different fitness levels, so our heart rates aren’t affected in the same way. To solve this, you could have one person do all trials. • Some of the people doing this experiment were sick. Being sick causes one’s heart rate to rise more easily. To fix this, you could wait on performing the experiment until everyone is healthy.
