11. SCULPTURES • Design and construct your own paper Keith Haring style sculpture. • First you are going to do some quick sketches of each other doing action poses. • Then you are going to transfer these onto coloured paper and make a sculpture.

Worksheet- • Start by making a base out of a flat piece of paper in the shape of a square or circle • Then trace your drawings and simplify the figure shapes • Transfer them onto coloured paper • Cut round the figures in your drawings and experiment with the paper to create interlocking flat figures that combine successfully in the style of Keith Haring • Use glue and tape to hold the paper in place • Look at Keith Haring’s sculptures for inspiration
