  4. Southside 2012 Budget • Gifts -- $350 • Insurance -- $21,174 • Missions -- $15,000 • Office Supplies – $9,000 • Outreach -- $4,000 • Parsonage Upkeep -- $2,000 • Payroll -- $126,412 • Repairs -- $1,800

  5. Southside 2012 Budget • Taxes -- $6,300 • Utilities -- $26,220 • Women’s Ministry -- $600 • Worship -- $1,500 • Youth -- $4,000 • Total -- $259,016 • Weekly -- $4,981 • Elder’s Challenge -- $5,200 weekly

  6. Qualitative Giving • Proverbs 3:9 -- Honor the LORD from your wealth And from the first of all your produce;

  7. Malachi 3:8 • “Will a man rob God? Yet you are robbing Me! But you say, ‘How have we robbed You?’ In tithes and offerings. • When we don’t give God what is right, we rob God.

  8. Malachi 1:7-8 • You are presenting defiled food upon My altar. But you say, ‘How have we defiled You…But when you present the blind for sacrifice, is it not evil? And when you present the lame and sick, is it not evil? Why not offer it to your governor? Would he be pleased with you? Or would he receive you kindly?” says the LORD of hosts. Lame!

  11. 2 Corinthians 9:10 • Now He who supplies seed to the sower and bread for food will supply and multiply your seed for sowing and increase the harvest of your righteousness….

  12. Malachi 3:10 • Bring the whole tithe into the storehouse, so that there may be food in My house, and test Me now in this,” says the LORD of hosts, “if I will not open for you the windows of heaven and pour out for you a blessing until it overflows.
