Angels of Hope • Incentives • We consider ourselves possessing a common goal, more so than members of one uniform faith. We’re a spiritual collective. Therefore, we don’t offer rewards or recognition as incentive, per se. It’s pretty much known that it’s in the best interest of each parishioner to adopt a sense of accountability, in their own pursuits.
Angles of Hope • Successful team methods • Delegation • Everyone participates—does their part • Conflict Resolution • Often, suggestions, recommendations, ideas, agendas…etc., need to be discarded, or dismissed • we respect others’ opinions, but we can’t please everyone • Hold meetings • everyone gets to voice their ideas, but in the end, decisions are made by the pastor

Lessons Learned • Goal driven = Success • Stay on task • Respect and appreciation are priceless • Increased positive attitudes • Working together increases goal viability • Obtaining a goal is easier when done together • Learn from your mistakes • Definition of Insanity… • Resolve issues completely not temporarily • Do not put a “band-aid” on it • Utilize a dual perception • How would this affect another?
