Cluster Properties • Cluster is taken from R. Wechsler’s catalog, and is similar to A611: • redshift = 0.329814 (z_A611 = 0.288) • M200 = 8.3 x 10^14 M_solar (M_A611 = 9.4 x 10^14 M_solar) • Sigma_v = 1250 km/sec • Bkgd galaxies: from z = 0.4 to 1.4 • Shear applied only for gamma < 0.2 (out past ~400 pixels = 80” = 72 kpc for z=0.3)

2D – Ellipticity Plot: File3_minus_File4 Take file 3 ellipticity minus that of file 4 – removes `residual psf’ (currently being looked into by H.Lin), and again average inside each chip and plot – see clear cluster signal now
One Dimensional Profiles: take annular averages as normal Note: clear E-mode profile from file3 – PSF has been averaged out -- but file4 is consistent with zero, as are both B-modes, which match, indicating they are deriving from the same underlying PSF structure.

Next Steps • Get corrected truth tables (or possibly files) for Files 5,6,7 from H.Lin • Understand discrepancy in Given PSF and our computed one. • Do redshift correction on shear • Fit shear • Extract profile fit -> sigmav2 -> M200 • Do PSF deconvolution and compare gamma (imcat) and gksb (shapelets) with sextractor ellipticities • Do: Bootstrap; Mag , FWHM, PSF cut studies as we’ve done on A611 • Go back to A611 and actually finalize M200, R200 values, NFW fit. Also: MS1358, then 2008 clusters
